Terms of Service

Manuscrit (the "Service") generates a palmistry reading from a photograph of your hand using artificial intelligence. The Service is offered for entertainment and contemplative purposes only. Palmistry is a traditional divinatory art; it has no scientific predictive value and cannot replace medical, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By submitting a photograph and a payment, you confirm that you are 18 or older. The Service is not directed at minors and we do not knowingly process data from individuals under 18.

• ◆One-time purchases. Pricing is displayed on the site and may evolve. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay (USD).
• ◆Instant digital delivery. Because the manuscript is generated and delivered immediately and is unique to you, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the reading has been generated and revealed.
• ◆Failed deliveries. If a technical issue prevents your reading from reaching you, contact us and we will re-send it or, at our discretion, refund the transaction.

By uploading a hand photograph, you confirm it is your own hand or the hand of someone who has consented to having their palm read by an AI-powered service. Do not upload photographs of minors, of people who have not consented, or any image you do not have the right to submit.

We do not store the photograph: it is processed only in volatile memory and destroyed immediately after the reading is generated. Details are described in our Privacy & Biometric Data Policy.

The site design, brand, illustrations and software are owned by Manuscrit. Each manuscript generated for you is licensed to you for your personal use; you may keep it, share excerpts, or include it in personal posts. Reselling generated manuscripts, scraping the Service to retrain other AI models, or rebadging the Service is prohibited.

• ◆Do not attempt to access, probe, or disrupt the Service.
• ◆Do not submit content that is illegal, hateful, or that violates the rights of others.
• ◆Do not use the Service to make decisions of medical, legal, financial, professional or safety-critical nature.

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the readings are accurate, complete, or predictive of any future outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Manuscrit, its operators, affiliates, or partners be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to international consumer services, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For California residents, nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable rights you have under California law. Any dispute should first be raised by writing to hello@manusrit.com so we may resolve it amicably.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
